Environmental Health and Safety
Help Protect Our Water
Woodland Tractor & Equipment Company is very active in our environments health and welfare. As a petroleum products and hazardous material producer we have found many laws that effect us on a daily basis. Keeping educated on the ever changing laws and regulations is a full time job. We gathered this resource together so that you may also educate yourself to be sure you are also doing your part to keep California clean and safe. Much of this information we have gathered from other sources, when in doubt always go to your county CUPA (Certified Unified Program Agencies) for the regulations and requirements that apply to you. We have recently put on many seminars to help educate you about the SPCC rules and regulations and how they apply, although we are only skimming the surface I will try to provide some basic forms and links to where you can go to get the rest. I would also like to mention KPA at this time, we found that as a business we do not have the resources to keep up on all the laws, regulations, inspections and training that comes with all the regulations, So we employ KPA to do this for us. I can't say enough good things about this company, their people, their professionalism and the value we get for the dollar. I only wish we had connected with them years ago.
Yolo County Health Department

So, what is 1,320 gallons?
It's twenty-five 55-gallon drums.
It's two IBC tanks and fifteen drums.
It's one tanker truck.
It's one railroad tanker car.
